By submitting an online order with Northrich Company, you have agreed to all terms and conditions listed below.
If this order has not shipped and you decide to cancel, a full refund will be gladly given less any actual costs incurred, including but not limited to actual merchant charges.
TO THE CONSIGNEE (RECEIVER) OF GOODS ORDERED. All shipments are F.O.B. factory. In the rare case of a damaged shipment, it is imperative that clients note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading in order for Northrich Company to assist with a freight claim. Carton (box) holes, dents, tears, etc. must be noted on the form given by the driver to sign when you are accepting delivery. If you sign for a package and DO NOT note any irregularities there is little that Northrich Company or the manufacturer can do. If you open the package and there is hidden damage, call Northrich Company immediately and we will assist with a freight claim. Please retain all original packaging and containers for the inspectors. If severe damage is present, please refuse shipment and call Northrich Company immediately.

- Your credit card will be charged in full at the time the order is processed.
- Allow 7 - 14 days for delivery on standard shipments
- Any orders cancelled prior to shipping will be credited back in full, no questions asked.
- Any order that has VISIBLE DAMAGE must be refused. Please notify Northrich Company of this refusal and we will reship your order in a timely manner. If an item has HIDDEN DAMAGE please call our sales department immediately.
- All equipment exceeding 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS Freight, and less than 150 lbs. via UPS Ground. UPS Freight shipments will not be deliverable to residential addresses, only commercial addresses with a loading dock. It is understood that the customer receiving shipment will have the means of removing the merchandise off the back of a commercial freight truck. There is also an option for customers to retrieve shipments from a local freight terminal, and pursuit of this option is the clients' responsibility.
- Any additional shipment services that a commercial freight carrier may offer, such as express delivery, are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment.

All products include a 1 year manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects and parts only. Only in the event of damaged or warranty claims will the required RGA (Return Goods Authorization) by given. Please contact Northrich Company regarding any return questions (216) 663-4822.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
No manufacturer returns will be accepted without Northrich Company authorization. Once authorization is granted, the customer will be issued a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. The RGA is valid for 30 days ONLY.
